Gina Baber (b. 1982 Somerset) is an Artist and Designer living and working in London, UK.
Print culture, printmaking and experimental printed textiles are the main focus of Gina's artistic practice, which draws on pop culture and sociocultural references, photography, and a strong use of colour, illustration and painterly and abstract mark making. She approaches printmaking and the use of fabrics and materials in both a conceptual and decorative way, often reworking fabrics and vintage garments that have a subcultural association or history. This allows opportunity for semiotics and storytelling alongside the study and application of craft in different forms. Gina is also a qualified Art & Humanities Librarian working with Maritime Heritage Collections. In addition to this, she is a DJ and has played at various venues and hosted radio shows on Voices Radio and Loose FM. She will be starting her first independent livestream radio show from Autumn 2026.
